Tom

KE's selling a few shares to cover living expenses happens all the time in corp. America. I myself have stock options at work. I sold some. Do I think the stock is going higher or lower in the future? I don't know, but I needed the cash so I sold a few.

If you make $100,000 a year plus a million stock options annually, believe me it probably wouldn't be long before you too would be exercising a few. Kids need braces, wife wants a new car, girlfriend wants some more jewelry, etc.

The stock sale is much ado about nothing, but all the rest? Wait until noon and then decide. Personnally, mine aren't for sale, yet!
