Tel, Is there any word as to when those like myself might get what little (if any) from all of this. Just a stab at it would give insite for me.

I drop in on this thread from time to time and read, but have just took my whipping and went on trading and consentrating on making this $85,000 loss up. I'm comming along fine, so this didn't kill me.

You may not remember ever even talking with me, but I appreciate your tireless effeorts here helping folks. I tried to help others avoid this same devastation by telling all who would care to read about my SEXI story. If any here cares to read it and the STRATEGY for TRADING stocks which I used before I got caught up in this scam, those links are provided below.
Strategy is

Tel, do you remember Fonar Corp. (FONR)?
fonar.com
I did very well trading FONR again this year, and now expecting even greater events to unfold at the RSNA show in Chicago ( largest radiologist show in the world, held there each year after Thanksgiving) This year the dates are Nov. 30 through Dec. 3rd. I expect to be present there when FONR unveils their NEW technology, which I believe will receive MUCH attention!!
FONR did win the GE law suit and paid FONR $128.7 million, that case is closed except for Licensing & Royality agreements which GE still does not have.
FONR will take Toshiba to court on 4 patent infringments, 2 of which is the same two GE lost on. The other two are for FONR's patent of the OPEN field MRI. ALL 4 are for WILLFULL infringement, which was not attempted to be proven in the GE case.

Just thought I would update you on FONR as I spoke with you about them along this time last year when FONR was priced at $2.25. Of course FONR has been up to above $4 about 4 times sence and now seems to have set a strong base at $3.25. I believe it would have set that base at $3.50 had the Hong Kong Market not spilled over into our market.
With Respect,
Malcolm Lindsey
