You know you have brand power when you can get away with this. My brother who bought a 4 was told he could return it, and then ended up buying a 3 because he had already given his 3 to someone else! But he's still a dedicated iPhone guy.

His has to be the worst upgrade in history; paid for a new phone and ended up with same one he started with. He still feels screwed even though I have pointed out he did it to himself.
