Speaking of fair value: S&P's proprietary fair value model puts ORCL's fair value at 45.40. "Fair Value" models can be based on many different things of course. Their Fair Value Model is based on a variety of fundamentals, not just present and predicted future earnings. If Ellison's vision of the NC hits, then we could see even better value??? If it doesn't "hit" then I don't expect it to affect the stock price dramatically. At this point any earnings increase from possible NC success is not priced into the stock IMHO. Regards
