I kept saying that this was all manufactured hype by Apple and Verizon. My local Verizon store had 6 people in it, including me, and 3 of them bought an Android phone. The other 2 looked at the iPhone, and then they walked out. I later found out that they were both iPhone users on AT&T. Plus they told me that Verizon's charges are about $20 more expensive than AT&T.
