Staying on subject here, I appreciate your calls and information. I spoke with Lionel Tuesday **after** I posted the old info regarding what he had told me in October: that the 9/30 report would be filed timely. When I called him Tuesday he backed off that earlier statement, and seemed (remarkably, I thought) not to know. I took it as a good sign that their IR was so busy with other matters he didn't know if SEC filing would be timely. Disingenuous, maybe, but hell, who am I to talk?

In any case, more generally, I have a question for anyone who wants to take a shot at it: what -- if anything -- would be the effect of a limit sell order for 200K shares, all or none, good for the day, at a price of 1 7/16? Would it fill? How would it affect price and volume action, before it filled (or was cancelled), and afterward? Thanks in advance. (Not to be coy, yes, I placed such an order this morning, and no, I am not selling off my position in any permanent way. I note since that the volume has been extremely low -- continuing all day at this rate would make it the lowest volume day since before the Ides of October).
