I agree on the fair value part and think that is the part that has us all interested but TUO will never be a mine developer like SEA/PVG(maybe) so deals etc. will be made somewhere along the line.With the multitude of properties that TUO is advancing they just might be sold off individually to the bigger players (next door) with maybe royalties etc. held by TUO.
