If you read Investors Business Daily, over the past month they have profiled 4 or 5 companies in the temporary help and executive recruiting field. They are not direct competitors but very similar to what SOLP does. Yesterday it was On Assignment. All these companies are trading at 25 to 30 times next years earnings estimates. SOLP could be bought out at 20X 98 estimates and it would still be accretive to earnings for the buying company. MC
