Probably best to buy solid income producing RE in good school districts close to the metro Phoenix job market. Oh and it helps to buy well below current market with tons of equity going into the deal. All the resort type property in Florida I think is a poor investment even at today's low prices and would never hold long term. The worst investments are those condo hotels and short term rental houses near Disney
