Microsoft's response to DOJ, at first you could not view this with Netscape brwosers but they have now fixed it. The DOJ's is just wrong when it asserts (without factual foundation) that the Internet Explorer element of Windows 95 could easily be removed without impairing the remainder of the operating system. (See DOJ Mem. at 27.) If Internet Explorer is removed, Windows 95 will not function as intended. (Cole Decl. 7, 51, 55, 92-93.) Can someone please explain to me how Win95 will not function as intended? So if I don't run IE my OS is not functioning right? I do not understand this! microsoft.com Derek
