There is no tale to tell. You're being stupid once again. Like anything else, CO2 is a pollutant when it is present in toxic levels. Apart from this obvious fact there is also a matter of legal opinion to determine if there ought to be a regulatory requirement. Your Supreme Court has heard all the evidence from scientists giving their opinions and has formed an opinion that it is a pollutant that requires a regulatory component.

Canada does not classify it as toxic. Rather it remains regulated and managed under Canadian Law.

Other countries have their own classifications and opinions. And I suppose you have yours but your opinion doesn't count for much.
