CO2 is nowhere near toxic levels, yet you think its a pollutant the govt needs to control.

Rather it remains regulated and managed under Canadian Law.

LOL you think CO2 concentrations are different across the border?

And as for how Canada regulates and manages it the atmosphere over their country, I'd like to hear that.
