Rob, <<They missed the boat and have done a poor job for their clients. What good will a downgrade do now that their clients have lost $20-$30 a share. Are they now telling them to sell? That would be ridiculous. It's just a game and you have to know how to play it. >> They very well may be telling their clients to buy at the same time they are issuing the downgrades. This is a great way to make a profit for the firm and their clients. That is the game! Ian
