After (foolishly?) closing out my long at 10 1/2 having heard that the bond offering was failing miserably, but failing to consider that Allen might take a majority interest, I have now gone short. I will close out the short the moment that Allen exerts control and gets rid of management. This is still a very cool technology, but with existing management it will continue to go the same direction--i.e. no where.
