Hopefully the recognition policy isn't being used to play investors like the violin; and I would add that there is no reason to be hopeful. Having stacks of colorful (though ugly) boxes, a disk copy service and shrink-wrap machines does not a high technology company make.

BigDisk and Zipper, were all producing solid interest in the retail channel...

This you can believe. Should they manage to get any of their product on the shelves, consumers may very well be interested enough to read the back of the box. At a price of, say, under $10, consumers may be willing to try but the return rate is going to continue to be high. I have a message for SYCR: hope is not an investment strategy and interest is not revenue.

Undoubtedly you are aware of the consumer fraud activity of this company in regard to SoftRAM. Apparently they forgot the software that actually does something ingredient to go with their shrink-wrapper and colorful boxes.

SYCR does not want computer software, hardware or services companies beta testing and/or reviewing their products (at least one thread participant was shot down for knowning a thing or two about software) . What does that tell you?
