I'm not so sure. Basically it's a status symbol for those who don't like Apple. So they are not competing with Apple so much as other Android manufacturers. With that kind of profit margin Moto may do alright. I'm thinking they decided that the upper end of the market is what they want. They decided they couldn't compete with iPads sot they decided to go where they see vulnerability. The high end.
