Right... but there was nothing 're-signed' on mine.

And, being just a simple print from the microfiche, it certainly had no "raised seal". :-)

It is a copy of the original, with seal and signatures. If it is from a computer, then the signatures and originals are not there.

Is this not hard to figure out?
