Are you saying that Indo's management is deliberately delaying drilling? Could you do some research and call some of the drilling companies and find out if they have rigs available? Go to http//www.stocksmart.com/ Industry groups selection to get a listing of all publicly traded drilling and oil services companies. Then go to Hoover's Online to get the phone numbers of those companies. Hoover's also will show a number of privately held drilling companies. The way you get around Hoover's subscriber only limitations is to go under one company in an industry and then select the option that says competitors. Also, go to http//www.goldeagle.com and go to the secton under oilworld. You get numerous links to oil service companies. Also Oil online is another website to check. Both sites have a vast array of links. Some of these go directly to drilling companies.
When I bought Indo in 1996, I was told that they had a planned 10 full sized test drills at thier various properties to be started in early 1997. Now everything is delayed to the second quarter of 1998. The reason is that "no rigs are available." Could you check to see if that is the truth please? If several companies say that they have rigs available, then please post the responses on this thread. Please put in costs, rig time availability and type of rig. And if the rig is available for the Pacific Region.
