Dear Jin This was exspected. The loan to them was due 30 Sept 97. The part that bothers me is this conversion to equity. I guess if they want it instead of money...maybe they know something we don't...could be bullish sign. I would steer clear of say new financing is imminent...heard that one before. Regards Dave U
