Ditchdigger, personally, and I must say that I am the consummate laymen on this matter, but the repayment terms don't sound too bad to me. As far as the the debt to equity conversion is concerned, am I having deja vu? If they can get favorable financing, maybe they can also unload the unprofitable parts of their business model and make a further push into their "core" business divisions. As far as doing business in Eastern Europe, has EXSO's role been primarily as consultants? If so, then distance shouldn't matter too much. Once again, I'm clueless as to the effect of this repayment. My gut reaction is that EXSO may have learned from past mistakes. Jin
