Hokies are starting the rumoured shake-up of the coaching staff. Shane Beamer replaces Billy Hite as the running backs coach. hamptonroads.com Former RB Kevin Jones has also joined the staff as a graduate assistant. It's good to see them get younger people into the coaching staff before Beamer retires and a number of his assistants join him.
