notice all of the so called small business 'tax benefits' center around frivolous spending of monies just to get a perceived tax benefit....

'hey, i bought this great piece of original wall art for $5000, let's see, that "saved" me $1400 (calculated on before tax income 28%)

i don't think i know of a single business owner who is blowing money on office art, furniture, etc for the 'tax benefit'

businesses are being eaten alive with increases in taxes, insurance (multiple layers) energy(fuel), higher materials expense all delivering MARGIN COMPRESSION...

meaning less wealth to spread around

oh, but you can get a $5000 piece of wall art for $3600, natch!

i guess that beats a $6000 shower curtain, better resale ?
