That remains to be seen. Running a profit when your debt is wiped away and your receiving low interest loans and special tax breaks, and we are no longer in the recession (even if the recovery is weak) is hardly enough to indicate good, or even decent management.

Also the point of the free market, and against bailouts is not "private sector corporate managers are better than government managers" (I'd say they often are, but its not something you can count on), but that failures in the market fail, freeing up the resources they use for others. Bailouts get in the way of that.
