I didn't blame all spending on Bush but I did blame his tax cuts for the huge deficits. i see you've already got 7 replies to your claptrap, but i'll still add mine. tax cuts don't 'cause' deficits. spending does. revenue from taxes is limited. spending is not limited by anything but conscience.
