Yup.....that is a fact for taxable income. Fact is though, damn little of the very rich income is taxed at that rate.... I gave you the IRS data...and you know the Hedge Fund bandits pay cap gains rates, now what's your confusion?????? That's why the average rate on AGI is only a little above 20%.... You need to review this again? Interest, dividends, and cap gains are not taxed as ordinary income...but as a CEO you knew that didn't you?
