I'm done trading short term unless a stock is going ex-dividend within 2 days to 2 weeks or there is an obvious panic sell (like CUZ in the last 2 days which may have more to go). The REIT's are mostly weak now and look like they will be pulling back as much as 20-25% from their old highs. Still, the ones that are performing well will be very inexpensive for the long term investor and any REIT that can maintain double digit growth will be a good long term investment whenever the FFO multiple drops to 11 or less. There are currently many of these and may be many more.

Regards,
Richard
