Does it matter? True or not, sitting Presidents cannot be sued and so any case would be thrown out. And the US does not have to recognize anything from the World Court.
That won't stop 'em from being filed, and that has been happening for decades.

Yes, it matters! If you enjoy some riveting reading, get ahold of some prior cases and check out how they resolve. Full of intrigue, blackmail, and huge cash settlements.
So many nations, so many closeted skeletons, so much greed. Always a template for financial and political blackmail and payoffs...to the plaintiffs, never the defendants in the majority of cases.

Not surprised you "didn't find anything in your searching"...these aren't plastered all over the internet. I have a hard time finding World Court stuff myself. But when I have, especially on the settled cases, it is better than a John Grisham novel.
On famous litigious person with fantastic and riveting intrigue with huge HUGE monetary payouts is a gent by the name of Charlie Miller. Last known residence address was in Washington State. Some would call him arrogant, and perhaps it is true. Success in the world court venue would tend to make me strut mah stuff, too were I to walk a mile in his shoes. Have even listened to some riveting cloak and dagger convos posted on YouTube no less, where he and his associates are discussing various matters and strategies. Did I say riveting?
