All a DEL AM or Delayed Ammendment is a document that allows them to ammend material info to an S1 that has been accepted. Apparently this is a prelude to the actual S1 being accepted. They needed to file this first for obvious reasons. S1 will be out by this time tom. in my estimation Seth
