The ACLU sues all the time. Does that mean those they sue are in the wrong? How many times has Eric Holder's "Justice" Department sued Arizona--while Holder and company let the New Black Muslims walk free even though they were caught on tape threatening Philadelphia voters at a voting location on election day.
