Personally I think summer vacations should be done away with in school. They are nothing more than a throwback to agricultural society when children worked in the fields. Also everyone doesn't adjust after getting out of school to working year round. It's a very real condition some people suffer from. In 9 or 10 months they are ready for a break and can't hold a job.
