I wasn't trying to scare you or anyone else out of your positions. Mainly, I'm looking for other viewpoints.

If a settlement has actually been reached, the 'someday' issue just became immediate. As I mentioned before, the stock could move either direction depending on the settlement amount.

I like the company and am not eager to do the prudent thing and lighten up prior to the announcement.

I guess I was hoping someone here would talk me off that ledge :-)
