Maxwell and all please see Pauls' post...... My brother is a chip designer and I finally broke down and called him to ask his opinion on CYMI and the semi industry. He said he thought DUV had the lead, but direct copper was a serious challenger. Maxwell, is this a serious threat? Is it more cost effective? At how low a micron level can direct copper be effective? Your input is greatly appreciated Craig P.
