Michael,

I doubt you'd post anything positive about this company if it were acquired, and you would probably be unhappy with the price. Why not take the loss and either stay in cash or invest elsewhere? I've been in situations like this before and I've usually felt better after simply taking the loss, if I felt that taking the loss was the only way to go.

If you're at the point where the price of this stock is all you're thinking about, and you have no trust in the underlying company, it's time to sell. My shares were purchased above $6, but I'd love to have purchased some below 6, so we simply have different views of the same company. Buying and selling makes the market, but my gut feeling is that you should sell your PSIX shares. Just don't do it because I said so; I've made plenty of errors picking stocks and will continue to do so(darn it!).

Good luck,
Dave
