Henry, Regarding the slowness of the closing of the ARLT deal, is it possible that the SEC is questioning the use of the 20 day average in LGND stock price in determining the number of shares to be issued (or was this spelled out when the ALRT venture was put together)? I would assume it would have already have been handled in putting the deal together. I will check the SEC filings tonight if no one has the answer before then.
