The military stayed neutral until Mubarak quit and then they assumed control of the government....temporarily they say.
Had the protesters come out with arms(they have plenty) and the military stayed loyal to Mubarak, it would have been a blood bath. This the type of scenario the NRA types in this country boast about taking control of if they decided to take on the government..
