If that's the one with the new Sandy Bridge chip (integrated HD graphics and processor on same chip), INTC recalled all of them due to a problem on their chipset. I never read anything about the exact nature of the problem, but most OEM that used the chipset are giving customers their money back while they try to get AMD to provide alternatives.

The price increase is probably temporary until either INTC resolves its problems or AMD is able to ramp up supply of alternatives.
