Vacuum? Yikes, maybe if you bought a ESD one, but your conventional vacuum cleaner will spark from static electricity. You can get ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) vacuum cleaners.

I learned a lot about ESD when my brother worked at Nortel assembling circuit boards. He had to wear ESD shoes, stand on ESD mats, grounded when working to prevent ESD.
