J precisly. I am willing to pay for adsl more than a grand but I want it here today and not in a year or two. But if I would spend $500 today for usrx or boca it is unlikely that I would be shopping for modem for another year at least. It does not kill adsl but it might slow it down. Then again what do we know about the modem? Why usrx is only 10% up and boci is still down? Regards -Albert
