I use compressed air, but my Lian Li case has a good dust filter and it takes a long time for the system to get dirty (2 years in most cases, clean the filter once a month). I see a lot of higher end cases coming with dust filters. If I ever get another desktop, it will be a Lian Li case. Or I may use this one I have now, great case.

Those ESD vacuum cleaners are for service techs, some are HEPA for vacuuming toner which is a carcinogen, so they don't use a plain old vacuum that puts toner dust back into the air. Got to use HEPA for that.

They are pricey about 200-500 bucks, the HEPA filters are expensive. But they are for techs.

Air and a paint brush for fins works well. Just have to be careful you don't over rev the fans when using compressed air. Thats how my chipset fan died, it was over revved and it failed.
