In about 5/6 years you will conclude worrying won't advance your case.

You look to your financial position as a done deal.

Will look around. Comparing how the other guys have done in and with their lives.

2017: Erita will be a 12 year old. Jack'll be 7.

You'll picture the 12 years in front of you. (2017 to 2029)
TJ 70 years old. Erita a good five years out of your house while Jack has just left.

Those thoughts will consume your mind in about 5/7 years than the price of anything.
