Austin and Raleigh have been the biggest boom towns the past two decades catering to the mix stressed in the article. Surprised no mention of Atlanta,Dallas, Houston, Phoenix or Tampa/central FL areas. How a place such as New Orleans could be number one shows how data mining gives flawed results. On that top ten list I could live in just Austin, Raleigh, Seattle, or Denver
