There is no way he is going to stop.
My gosh, the man blames foreign investors for the credit crisis. I hope he was not serious for the thought suggests that he is a bit unhinged.
Any rational person would say that it was a combination of things, that all had to act in concert for the crisis to occur. Too much money and credit, too much hubris, too much financial 'ingenuity,' too little regulation, too little inspection of the goods, too much reliance on conflicted rating agencies, etc., in short too much greed.
We can argue uselessly as to which was more important than the other, but it seems that the crisis required a perfect storm of idiocy to create.
This of course has to be as apparent to BB as the nose on his face. Why, then, does he blame foreigners without pointing a finger at others?
It suggests a mental or emotional problem to me.
But back to whether he will stop printing...no, of course not. He has waited for decades to put his helicopter to the test. Someone with his world view and makeup cannot possibly think that he is wrong, that his studies and conclusions do not apply. That would be unthinkable.
I see a flinty eyed resolve in the man, whether he is right or not does not matter so long as he gets a chance to prove his theory, come what may.
So, yes, of course, he is going to continue to print. There is no doubt about it.
