I don't know what the small cap blip was this year. For some reason Muni's, small caps, and midcaps had a little period of wavering. Additionally, the VIX tried to do an up move on two days. The Gold to Silver ratio broke a very long down trend. But, none of that produced more than a few days of downward movement in the overall stock market. I will not give up on these indicators. I took some short positions in TZA and went long VXX, but I got out before the loss got too big and moved on. AAPL chart is not promising, but there are hundreds of charts which are promising. I am looking to go long again this week and I'm over 50% cash right now. DGP TLF ITKG ARCI MEDW MAIL my holdings.
