Elk, Thanks for the links. Also, in response to your earlier post from today, I have no knowledge that the SEC makes general automatic public announcements about approvals and/or disapprovals of specific S1's. In general, I would believe that the SEC may likely notify the affected company(s) of an acceptance and/or disapproval of an S-1 then each individual company probably deals with the dissemination issue in their own manner. Of course, I could be mistaken about the above, but I feel it may be close to what occurs when a company has an S1 approved and/or disapproved. If you find out something different than the above please let me know.
