DoD Revises RFID Regulations [Federal Register: February 22, 2011 cryptome.org <snip> The current DFARS lists approximately 20 specific DoD activity addresses and provides the authority for using other ship-to locations ``outside the contiguous United States'' under certain circumstances. However, the Defense Logistics Agency and the Navy have proposed adding more than 200 additional sites, making it impracticable to list all DoD passive RFID addresses in the DFARS text or its associated clause.
