To ALL: Has anybody ever received notice of Struthers Shareholder Meetings where the new Officers and Directors were elected? There seems to have been changes and I can't recall where these changes were voted upon (i.e., Raoul - CEO, Shankar was CEO, Wade as President, etc). Does anybody have copies of Articles and By Laws of this public corporation, or minutes of any shareholder and Board of Directors meetings? I can only recall one shareholders meeting in October of 1996 and that was when Sean O'Keefe was President. This brings many questions of who is in control of this public corporation (Struthers/Wincom). Does anybody really know the connection between Winco, Wincom, and Struthers? Is there a risk that the technology of Struthers/Wincom is being used to further the profitability of the Private Winco corporation and stockholders? Has anybody checked with the SEC lately whether Struthers is in good standing?
