Quest diagnostics buys Athena diagnostics to establish a presence in the neurology diagnostics market. A ThermoFisher unit, this originated I believe from the original Athena Neurosciences group.

Pretty nice price tag, seems to me, but I have not followed this diagnostics company nor really know this space.
