it was suggested last week that the company was trying to keep its price above 3. it was also suggested that Par had to sell earlier due to margin calls. if that is the case the company might still be desperately trying to keep the price above Par's margin limit. IMHO that does not mean that the company is in poor shape, just that Par was very unwise in purchasing more stock than he could afford.

Of course it could also mean that Par wants to sell the shares at a certain price, and why not have the company buy it from him?

Being long I would have hoped for the price to drift up during the day, but I am relieved that it didn't drop either. Tomorrow should be very enlightening.
