Eric, Let me answer your questions in order: 1. Heartsoft has no other Offerings on the street other than the PPM which has no currentl dillution. 2. We have had numerous requests to do development for other companies, but since there's very little profit in development of software (its all in distribution), we may or may not enter into any development contracts. 3. Regarding the Thinkology Trilogy: Clarity, Accuracy, and Logic, we are currently working exclusively on that project. Clarity took 8 months, and Accuracy took only 10 weeks, and Logic will be aroudn 8 weeks! 4. I just saw the numbers for 9/30/97 quarter ending and we had a net profit of about $120,000 (of a little over 2 cents a share.) 10Q must be filed within 45 days of quarter ending period. So deadline is around November 15th. 5.
