IMO for 90% of current iPad users number 1, 2, and 3 improvement would be significant weight reduction. Other are nice features but an approximately Kindle weight iPad would be great, not that the weight can be reduced that much. iPad, with what's advertised in the upcoming version, can beat the Android tablets on 1. Cost and 2. Weight for 90% of users.
